No, I don't dislike the Assassin's Creed franchise. I don't find it to be the peak of perfection some people make it out to be, as it's got plenty of easy-to-spot technical issues, and the like... but it can be a pretty enjoyable franchise. Specially if you wanna follow the GTA logic, and just play the game for the sake of screwing around with the pedestrians, hehehe...
Though, there is this one thing that always managed to bug me. The franchise, specially the second title, is known for giving you an immense amount of freedom, when it comes to climbing. While I don't find the feature to be bad, or anything of the sort... I do believe they went just a BIIIIIIIIT overboard. I know the game's story is pretty much a virtual reality simulation (OMG, SPOILERS!!!), meaning that in the game's story, that very simulation can have non-realistic physics, but DAMN, I think even Spiderman would have trouble keeping up with Ezio! And that small theory of mine about the physics is completely crumbled, once we get to the game's ending... which looks like it has been made by Kojima, or something.
Nah, not much of a rant, this time, but more of a simple mockery, instead. Heck, can't be ranting all the time, can we? Seeya next time!
